Do we Serve Full Irish Breakfasts at the Weekend?

This is the question we get asked the most. We have recently started to serve Irish Breakfasts from 9am-12pm on Saturdays too. Our kitchen isn’t the biggest, and we serve Sunday Roasts from 1-5pm every Sunday, so the kitchen is busy prepping for that on Sundays, hence not doing breakfasts then, too.
