Claddagh Association of Adult Irish Dance

The Claddagh Association of Adult Irish Dance has been dancing at the Irish World Heritage Centre in Manchester for over 25 years.

New members are welcome on the first Monday of any month. (The minimum age of dancers is 18, and classes run from 7pm – 9pm. You’ll pay £5 per class, too. 

These classes mainly concentrate on two styles of Irish dancing – step dancing and fior ceili. 

Adult Irish Dance Classes in Manchester

To date, Claddagh have won the All Ireland championships once, the Adult Ceili section of the North West Qualifying three times, and the European Championships once. Not only have Claddagh made a great impression at competitions, they also enjoy a great social life.

So whether you want to join an adult Irish Dance class just for fun, or want to work towards competitions and social functions, Claddagh is a great place to go. So if you’re looking to join a very welcoming class, with a friendly atmosphere, why not come along on the first Monday of the month to get started.
