Please note: The Irish Passport system has now switched to online applications, so the IWHC no longer stocks paper Passport application forms.
Irish Citizens aged over 18, who have held an Irish Passport before can now renew their Irish passports online.
If you lose your Irish passport, if it’s stolen or damaged, you can use Passport Online to report it lost and apply for a renewal.

If you are based in Manchester and are unable to complete your application online, you can contact Irish Community Care for support. You can reach them on 0161 205 9105.
All online applications require payments to be made by credit/ debit card.
Visit the DFA website to view the current processing time of Irish Passport Applications.
Once you’ve completed your online passport application, you will receive an 11 digit application number (Passport Application ID). If you enter that here, you’ll see how far along your application is.
